Someone tell Barca to give it a rest already

Geez, what does it take to shut these guys up. As much as I love the club, it's started to annoy me now. They've been hounding Arsenal and Fabregas for a while now. After clear indications by the club and the player that Cesc won't be moving to Barca, they still aren't giving up. In the lastest episode, Xavi has made an appeal to his club to make an official bid for Cesc Fabregas.

Xavi loves the chemistry he has with Fabregas on the field when playing for spain and would like to bring that to the club level. He went onto say something which struck a little odd to me for some reason. "I especially hope that Cesc comes. He is a football player with Barca DNA and he is showing at Arsenal that he is on another level."

Here's my question to Xavi. If he's such a great player with Barca written all over him. Why did Barca let him go in the first place? Give it a rest, he's here to stay.

FA's reaction to Adebayor Is Complete BS

Emm... I don't get it. Here's a player that nearly broke Cesc's leg, stepped on Persie's face and then to top it all off nearly caused a major riot by running across the field to celebrate in front of the Gunner's fans. Actually, to be honest with you, I'm not surprised that he did what he did, can't really expect him to respect the people who respect him especially after his lack of respect for Arsene. He's a jerk, we know that but I'm utterly surprised at FA's reaction to the whole thing.

I fail to under why the FA has taken this so lightly. Two matches and one days salary in fines is hardly a punishment. I'm more offended by the way FA has handled this whole thing than by Adebayor's actions. Is this is a green light from the FA to the players to insult opposition's fans? Is FA sure they want to go down this road? Because if a riot breaks out and people get injured, no ones to blame but the FA for taking issues like these so lightly.

As for Adebayor, it's okay son... until next time. We know how to treat you now.
